Saito worked in the production department and joined Office Shirous in 2005. After her experience on numerous projects as an assistant producer, she turned into a producer. While producing works holding a dual position of a producer and line producer, she also engaged in domestic and international film and TV drama projects as an associate producer. Produced film works include Yan (2020), directed by Keisuke Imamura and Born Pisces (2020), directed by Yoko Yamanaka. Saito has also been involved in various international co-productions, including The Sea of Trees (2015) directed by Gus Van Sant, The Outsider (2018), directed by Martin Pieter Zandvliet, and Cottontail (2024), directed by Patrick Dickinson. Participated as an associate producer in global streaming works such as the Netflix film City Hunter (2024), directed by Yuichi Sato, which ranked first in the Netflix Global Top 10 (Non-English) after its launch, and the Netflix drama series Last Samurai Standing (2025), directed by Michihito Fujii. Joined THE SEVEN in April 2025.
