Yamane joined the technology department of TBS (Tokyo Broadcasting System) Television in 2012. Worked as a camera and technical director mainly on music and variety/comedy shows, including Japan Record Awards, Christmas Promise, CDTV! LIVE LIVE and All-Star Thanksgiving Festival. After being assigned to THE SEVEN in February 2023, Yamane worked as a VFX coordinator on Netflix series Yu Yu Hakusho (2023) etc.
